What is NSSLHA?

Welcome to the St. Cloud State University Chapter of NSSLHA. The National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association is a student organization which encourages professional, social and community involvement for students interested in speech-language pathology and audiology.  

NSSLHA is the official national student association recognized by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). NSSLHA has over 18,000 members and chapters in more than 285 colleges and universities.

The St. Cloud State University Chapter of NSSLHA participates in a variety of activities and volunteer opportunities. It is a great organization to join because it is not only fun but it also is a good thing to be able to add to your resumé.

Mission Statement

The mission of the National Student-Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSSLHA) is to benefit its members by continually improving its support, promotion, and advocacy of the highest quality preparation of professionals in audiology, speech-language pathology, and speech and hearing science.
