  • There will be a mandatory meeting the week following Spring Break where hotel payment will be due 
  • Amount for hotel will be around $30 a person; exact amounts will be known at the meeting; there will be 4 rooms 
  • Sign up sheet for hotel rooms and vans is posted in the WX-lab
  • Bring extra money for food
