President - Chris Bremseth: Litter - take back to CC and remind them that this is not just our campus we share it with everyone. So please set up something to clean up your campus.
Vice President - Riley Reed: Elections - Elections will be held next week.
Administration - Ethan Hartgers: Mail- N-A; Attendance
Finance - Rachel Dzuck: Newspaper in garvey- we decided that we would like to take out the Monday-Saturday paper. With the money we spend on them we are going to put that money towards the Sunday paper. So only the Sunday paper will be located in garvey.; Moved to vote on this topic.; Seconded; Discussion; Passes
PCC’s - Oliver Tempel, Sean-Michael Groomes: BOHS your RHA reps should have gotten a hard copy yesterday at the meeting. They also should of gotten a poster to hang in your lounge.
Technology - Ellen Dy: Movie Suggestion Box - hoping to put one at your halls front desk.
TK & Jen: CA applications are out for pick up and to be returned at carol hall.
Hall Reports: Benton/Stateview - New events coordinator, smarter than a CA?; Hill-Case - haunted house good turn out thank you; Lawrence - working on What’s HOT event; Mitchell - Pink Party, just a meeting this week.; Sherburne - finished What’s HOT, Game night; Shoemaker - movie night, Saturday haunted house; Stearns - Amazing race this Thursday; W.W. Holes - N-A

Monday, October 29th

President - Chris Bremseth: MACURH - went last weekend. Had a good time, went around the room and people told of there thoughts about the weekend.; Readership Program - most of the halls thought that the program should be taken out of the garvey.; Atwood Center Council - meets once a month more information contact Chris Bremseth.
Vice-President - Riley Reed: Applications - apps for philanthropy chair and NCC are out. If you are interested please contact Riley Reed. These apps are due next Monday November 2nd.; Dining advisory group- sit down with garvey and talk about ideas RHA comes up with and just give you’re feedback.

PCC’s - Sean Groomes, Oliver Tempel: Parade SCSU float sponsored by RHA. Held on November 5th theme is seasons that sparkle. Around 8,000 people attend this event down town St. Cloud
Technology - Ellen Dy: Web page is up. Pleas email Ellen with your thought or suggestions.
Advisor - TK, Jen: CA applications- out for pick up in carol hall. Due by December 4th.; Housing payments- payment plan final payment due by November 2nd.
