The Student Government Association is always looking for excellent leaders to serve our student body at St. Cloud State University. As the only organization at our university that, by definition, has the entire student population as its membership, we are the largest organization on campus. There are various ways to get involved with your student government!

The Senate

Currently, there are only 11 of a possible 26 senators seated. If you would like to get involved with the Senate, either representing the student body at large or specifically representing your academic college, please stop by the Student Government office in Atwood or email the administrations for more information and to pick up an application.

Judicial Council

At this time, there are 7 open seats out of 7 possible justices. The Judicial Council is the judicial branch of the Student Association and offers flexible time commitments. Please print the application here or pick one up in the Student Government office. Questions about the Juducial Council can be answered in the office, or contact President Jamnick.

Student Government Committees

Any person enrolled for credit at St. Cloud State may serve on a Student Government committee. For a list of committees and descriptions, as well as who to contact to get involved, click here.

University Committees

St. Cloud State University constantly has a variety of committees in which students can be involved. These range from creating a vision for the future of the student union to the choice of beverages on campus. If you would like more information, contact President Jamnick.
