he basic ideal of Theta Chi, and indeed all fraternities, is the concept of brotherhood. It is often said that brotherhood cannot be taught or learned, and to some degree this is ture. However, one thing is for certain, brotherhood must be built. It is built upon mutual respect and trust. Without respect and trust, there can be no brotherhood.

We are pleased to announce that the Zeta Delta Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity has won two awards! Each year, chapters of Theta Chi Fraternity have an opportunity to fill out chapter excellence awards in different aspects chapter operations. We submitted an application last april, and at convention this summer, we recieved a Chapter Excellence Award in Internet Technology and in Campus Involvement. Yeah!

During Homecoming weekend, fall 2002, Zeta Delta Chapter participated in the homecoming parade float building competition. We built our float around the "Take 2002" (or Hollywood) theme, and based it on the movie E.T. We recieved second place for our float. Thanks to everyone that helped build the float!
